Hitman Blood Money Casino Level

In the casino level, for the life of me i cannot get to the 8th floor. i climb up through the elevator and bang my head on the 8th floor elevator door to no avail. i don't have a card for any room on the 8th floor, but cmon, if i can just get there, i will complete my mission one way or another. but my dainty hitman is thinking 'oh i don't have access to go to the 8th floor, i dare not press that button!'.
I got so frustrated that I killed everyone in the casino. If i can just get to the 8th floor, security be damned, im going to kill that bastard that so i can finish this mission. any ideas on what i can do?

The gameplay, the levels, the massive amount of choices, it was all fantastic and I'll soo play Hitman 2. But then I saw Hitman Blood Money sat on my shelf and I thought I might give it another chance first. Everybody talks about how it is one of the best Hitman games and I can see the appeal.
