Hotkeys are keyboard shortcuts that allow users to quickly access certain features or execute actions in MMORPGs. In Ragnarok Online and Ragnarok Online II, hotkeys are generally used to initiate skills in the game.

The Armor of Ro is a set of Paladin specific armor quested in The Temple of Solusek Ro. Each piece requires a Bar of Ronium and a mold, which are then combined in a forge. Separate faction work may be required for each piece, see the faction guide. Ragnarok Online[edit edit source]

Although RO allowed players to assign up to 3 rows of hotkeys, hotkeys were limited to the F keys (F1-F9). As such, players could only view one row of hotkeys at a time via the F12 button. It wasn't until the Renewal update that players were not only allowed to customize hotkeys, but were also given the option to see up to 4 rows of hotkeys at once. In RO, the hotkey bars can be placed anywhere on the UI, allowing flexible UI customization.

Ragnarok Online II[edit edit source]

RO2 allows players to use up to 3 rows of hotkeys with full hotkey customization. Unlike RO, RO2's hotkeys are fixed to the UI menu bar and is transparent to not hinder the view of their characters.

Macros[edit edit source]

Macro is a computing process that allows for a string of hotkeys to be automated for efficiency. Some PC peripherals are designed specifically for macros, which can aid in alleviating the strain of doing tasks that require excessive amounts of mouse-clicks and button presses. Macros are different from complete automation, or botting, in that button presses and mouse-clicks are still necessary for macros to even work. As such, macros have limitations when it comes to automating tasks in video games and are thus widely approved by game developers for players to utilize.

Armor of the Priest is a set of Cleric specific armor obtained through quests offered in The Temple of Solusek Ro. The level range for the quests are around the low 20s to mid 30s depending on your resources. The quests are offered by Blaize the Radiant and Gavel the Temperant.

• Icon of the Penitent (Drops off of Maugarim, an Erudite Shadow Knight, in Kerra Island. Semi-rare spawn on the Tiger/Heretic Necromancer Isle.

• Ingot of the Penitent (Ground spawn in the Upper Guk Scryer Room, roughly 200, -500. Inside the eastern pillar of water.)
• Magnetized Platinum Bar (Give 1 Enchanted Platinum Bar to Ostorm.)

Vambraces of the Fervent

Turn the following in to Blaize the Radiant

• Icon of the Fervent (Obtained by trading a Tumpy Tonic to Jovan in the Lumberyards of Highpass Hold.)
• Ingot of the Fervent (Drops from Gull Skytalon on Aviak Island in the Ocean of Tears.)

Turn the following in to Blaize the Radiant

• Icon of the Reliant (Turgan's Note is a ground spawn, inside of a burnt hut in Kithicor Woods, at 1700, 1100. Give the note to Turgan in Lake Rathetear at 3641.08, 149.10.)
• Ingot of the Reliant (Ground spawn on a tree stump in Kithicor. Jump off of the adjacent fallen tree onto the stump at -90, 3300.)

Gauntlets of the Ardent

Turn the following in to Blaize the Radiant

• Galvanized Platinum Bar (Give 1 Enchanted Platinum Bar to Genni.)
• Icon of the Ardent (Drops off of Boondin Babbinsbort, a gnome necromancer, on the third floor of Befallen.)
• Ingot of the Ardent (Ground spawn in Everfrost Peaks at 2984, -5716. You'll most likely need Enduring Breath to get to it. It's very hard to see and blends into the river floor.)

Gavel the Temperant

Chestplate of the Constant

Turn the following in to Gavel the Temperant

• 2x Galvanized Platinum Bar (Give 1 Enchanted Platinum Bar to Genni for each bar needed.)
• Icon of the Constant (Drops off of Sludge Dankmire in the well on the fourth level of Clan Runnyeye.)
• Ingot of the Constant (Drops off of Dwigus Lowater in Dagnor's Cauldron on the island.)

Bracers of the Reverent

Turn the following in to Gavel the Temperant

• 2x Enchanted Platinum Bar
• Ingot of the Reverent (drops off of Regis the Reverent in North Karana.)
• Icon of the Reverent (Give Lianna's Flute to Lianna in the Rathe Mountains (3989.64, 1477.37 ) in order to receive the Icon of the Reverent.)

Turning in the Flute to Lianna is only for the Icon of the Reverent. DO NOT turn in the Enchanted Platinum Bars, and both ingots to Lianna

! She will give you the Icon and eat the rest of the items. Take the Icon and turn it in with the other items to Gavel the Temperant.
